Decaf Blends

Decaf Single Origins
Colombia Supremo Excelso, Swiss water process decaffeinated.
Jesuit missionaries brought the first coffee seedlings to Colombia in the early 1800's. The grade Supremo denotes the highest available, in which small, less dense beans and pea-berries have been removed. The resulting cup is balanced,medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, with nutty undertones and a clean, winey finish.

Decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process, this Costa Rica Arabica coffee grows on approx. 30,000 fincasor plantations. Harvesting occurs throughout the year, depending on growing area and altitude. This Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) is grown at over 4200 feet.
