Cup: Pale purple-grey liquor. Intense, spicy floral flavor that has undertones of white pepper, and minty lingering aftertaste. Thin bodied cup that bursts with flavor and surprises with its mouthfeel complexity.
Directions: Try using 2g per 10oz steeped in 200 degree water for 4 minutes. A more intense cup can be made from a longer steep and the flowers are very light by volume. Can be used for culinary purposes or in making aromatic crafts.
