Green Tea

Dry Aroma: Distinct jasmine aroma.

Wet Aroma: Jasmine-floral intensity with gentle oceanic undertone.

Cup: Originating in the Zhejiang Province of China, this rare jasmine tea is highly prized, as it is made with only the top growth and most tender leaves, rolled into round ‘pearls’. The leaves are heat-infused with jasmine blossoms for many hours and repeated exposures. This complex process develops a superbly balanced jasmine tea. Pale golden-green liquor with a smooth, floral mouth feel that lingers with just a hint of astringency.  

Directions: Use 2 grams of tea (1 tsp) per 6oz. of 180 degree water, steeping for 4-5 minutes, allowing for the rolled leaves to unfurl. Leaves will naturally settle to the bottom without an infuser and will offer 2-3 extractions.
