Cup: Creamy, textured cup with slightly thick body, intensely rich with earthy, wakami, and bitter-sweet flavors. Traditionally used in the Chanoyu Japanese tea ceremony, this tea when whisked has an additional property of being frothy and extra creamy. Can be used in baking, cooking, or as a healthy additive in smoothies.
