Cup: This exceptional classic tea blend uses a superior, light liquoring. Ceylon leaf combined with top-grade, pure oil of bergamot - a fragrant citrus fruit native to northern Italy. Expect a dark earth, umber-colored liquor, with a tart, floral, citrus bite, and tannic, slightly astringent, long floral finish.
Directions: Use 2 grams (1 rounded tsp) per 6oz. in 200 degree water. Steep for 2-4 minutes. Holds up well to a splash of milk.
