Panama SHB
This Strictly Hard Bean is grown in a mountainous region of Boquete in the Sierras
de Chiriqui on the Pacific coast. It exhibits a delicate aroma, smooth and aromatic pepper spice with a bittersweet chocolate finish, in a medium body and bright acidity.
Wet processed/sun-dried.
