Freshness - We NEVER roast coffee ahead of time.

• We roast our coffees to order, by hand, on gas-fired roasters, so that your coffee is always at peak flavor and freshness when you receive it.

• The proof is in the cup - we recommend ordering enough coffee to last seven to ten days.

Stauf’s is a micro-roaster in Columbus, Ohio, serving wholesale, retail, and mail-order customers throughout the country for twenty years.
